Silver City Boat Club, Cuttack - Timings, Best time to Visit

At a distance of 6 km from Cuttack Railway Station, Silver City Boat Club is located on the banks of River Mahanadi in Cuttack. It is one of the must-include places in Cuttack tour.

Silver City Boat Club was setup in 2021 by Odisha Tourism Development Corporation (OTDC) near the Bali Jatra grounds on the banks of the river Mahanadi in Cuttack. The main objective of this 2 crore project is to keep multiple water sports operators and promote waterbased tourism in Cuttack and nearby districts. It offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of city life.

The water sports in the Boat Club will include Jet Skis, Speed Boats, Day Cruise, Banana Boat, Inflatable Boat, Water Scooters, Floating cafe, Kayaking, Canoeing, Pedal Boats, Scuba Diving etc. The upgraded Boat Club will have a floating jetty, booking counter and complex for lifeguards, toilet complex, and adequate parking space. Apart from this, the boat club also has a children's park and water fountain.
The view at sunset is so beautiful that a selfie point has been set up for visitors, and this is the best place for photography. There is a floating restaurant in the middle of the river where one can enjoy the view with delicious food.
